Malfunctions can cause Mold

SERVPRO traveled out of town to fix this customer's property. In this case, some severe water damage led to mold creeping onto their kitchen floor. This mold removal took place in Ohio at a three story home. The water damage began when a toilet malfunctioned on the third floor. The water traveled down to the second story and then finally, the kitchen on the first floor. Water sat underneath the kitchen floor for quite sometime until the home owner noticed inconsistencies on the surface of the flooring. SERVPRO was more than happy to drive to Ohio to get the job done!
