Repairing Fire Damaged Apartments in Lexington, KY

These apartments were very badly damaged by a fire in one of the units. This is a fourplex and the fire affected all four units. There was water damage in addition to the fire damage due to effort to put out the fire. All areas had significant damage and the building ended up needing a substantial amount of repairs. We worked for several months doing all of the mitigation and repairs that were necessary. We replaced most of the building materials and all of the damaged appliances. When we were complete with the repairs to these units they looked brand new!
